Players from South Australian clubs dominated this week’s biggest gainers list. Port Adelaide’s Hamish Hartlett and Adelaide’s Tony Armstrong both posted gains of over 75% despite playing in losing sides over the weekend. The biggest losers for the round were Adelaide’s Ivan Maric and Melbourne’s Jordan Gysberts. Both players had very quiet games after solid performances in round 11 which gave some investors false hope.

Looking at the Clubs, Hawthorn and Sydney cemented themselves in the top 8 with very convincing weekend victories and with that came the tag as the gainers of the round.   Looking at the biggest losers for the round, the share prices of Carlton and Adelaide this week took a battering. Both clubs were disappointing after losing winnable games and their share prices plummeted accordingly.
